What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay. We do not accept pre-paid cards.
What size should I order?
Classic T-Shirt:
We recommend ordering your normal size for a 100% cotton, everyday t-shirt.
Oversized T-Shirt:
We recommend sizing down as this garment is made to provide a vintage/oversized fit for a trendy look
Crewnecks/Sweatshirts:
We recommend ordering your normal size for crewnecks, sweatshirts, and/or zip-ups.

How can I update my items if I ordered the wrong color or size?
After placing an order, if you notice the wrong garment color or size was selected within the order details, use the Contact Us form immediately to notify our team. Please include your order number along with the needed updates/adjustments.
Order updates will only be applicable if the garments have NOT initiated the embroidery process.
How long will it take my order to be shipped?
Please allow up to four weeks for an updated shipping status. All products are made-to-order and may experience slight delays due to order volume.
We are a small business and appreciate your patience / support!
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided when an order is updated with shipping information. Once an order is shipped, please track / inquire on shipping status via the official mail carrier identified on the shipping notification email and tracking number.
Please keep in mind tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before updating.
My package says "Delivered" but I do not have it, where is it?
A shipping courier will update a package status to "delivered" after physical drop-off at the provided mailing address. If an order displays a "delivered" status, but can't be physically located, please contact the shipping organization identified within the order tracking to receive further information.
Can I make an exchange/return my item?
Hidden Style Embroidery & Digitizing does not accept returns/exchanges. All items offered on the website are made-to-order.

How do I care for my products?
Washing:
All items are pre-shrunk and can be washed on a normal machine-wash cycle. We recommend using cold water for the longevity of your products.
Drying:
We recommend hang drying all crewnecks/sweatshirts. T-shirts can be tumble dried on low heat.
How do I leave a product review?
Product Listing:
Navigate to the intended product listing and scroll down to the 'Product Details' section. Select 'Write a Review' on the right hand side of the section.
Email:
Locate your review request email and follow the link provided. If you cannot find the email be sure to check your spam folder.
SHOP App:
Navigate to the Orders tab and select the order you would like to review. Then, tap 'Review' next to the intended product.
